Return and Refund Policy
At The Clubhouse Archive Co, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As our shirts are authentic pre-worn rugby shirts, each item may show signs of previous wear. This is part of the character of the Archive and is reflected in our product descriptions.
Change of mind
As an online customer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your shirt, without giving a reason.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel, you must return the shirt to us within 14 days.
The shirt should be returned in the condition in which you received it, allowing for reasonable inspection and trying it on. It must not have been damaged, altered, washed or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection.
Mystery products
Please remember that the shirt itself is intentionally selected as part of our mystery Archive experience. Choosing a size does not guarantee a particular club, country, team, era, colour or design.
A change-of-mind return cannot be refused simply because you do not like the particular shirt selected, provided the shirt is otherwise returned in accordance with your cancellation rights.
Faulty or incorrectly described items
If your shirt arrives damaged, faulty or materially different from its description, please contact us as soon as possible at theclubhousearchiveco@gmail.com with details of the issue and photographs where appropriate.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by this policy.
Return postage
For a change-of-mind cancellation, the cost of returning the item will normally be the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty, damaged or not as described.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly described, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund in accordance with your statutory rights. Refunds will normally be made to the original payment method.
Where a customer validly cancels an online order, we will also refund the cost of standard delivery paid at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to purchase another Archive shirt, you can return your original order in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
