About us
The Clubhouse Archive Co sells authentic pre-worn rugby shirts and playing tops selected from our Archive.
Products
Our products are authentic rugby shirts and playing tops. As our products are pre-worn, individual items may show signs of previous use, including minor marks, fading, wear or other imperfections. These characteristics are part of the nature of our Archive and will be considered when describing our products.
Mystery Archive products
For mystery products, you choose the size and we select the shirt.
The specific shirt you receive is intentionally kept as a mystery until your order arrives. We do not guarantee a particular team, club, country, competition, era, colour, brand or design unless specifically stated on the product page.
We will select a shirt that corresponds to the size ordered and meets the description of the product.
Pricing and payment
All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be completed when placing an order. We accept the payment methods made available at checkout.
Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. An order confirmation will be sent to you by email.
We reserve the right to contact you if there is an issue with your order, including an incorrect price, stock error or inability to fulfil the order.
If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and provide a refund where appropriate.
Delivery
We will provide delivery information and applicable delivery costs at checkout. Orders will be dispatched using the delivery method selected or stated at checkout.

Returns and refunds
